In this video I talk about how to get the big things done and increase your productivity. Productivity is directly tied to self-esteem and confidence. When you have an idea then right it down. That makes it more tangible and it almost becomes more real. It also makes it more likely that you will follow through on that goal. Then when you set aside time for that thing you have placed importance in – and then you do it – you are telling yourself that your ideas are important. You are important enough to listen to. That is so important for self-esteem and confidence. Follow through. You are important enough.
